As a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and REALTOR, I serve both Residential and Commercial clients as a buyer or seller representative and consultant. At Terra Nova we focus on the progressive communities of Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro and the surrounding areas of Orange (Hillsborough) and Chatham (Pittsboro) Counties.
I'm a Past President of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS, past Director of the NC Association of REALTORS (NCAR) and a past member of the Board of Directors of Orange County Habitat for Humanity. I received the 2005 NCAR Rising Star Award and am an active member of the Chapel Hill and Durham communities. I have a family history in real estate and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. I enjoy combining my scientific problem solving background and sales and marketing experience to provide superior service to my clients. Though I work with residential, Green, commercial and international real estate, I have bit of a “soft spot” for older, historic homes. My family and I are in the process of renovating our second historic home near Downtown Durham.
